Submission Guidelines

To submit an abstract for consideration, you will need to create an account with the software system called ExOrdo.  The ExOrdo software has been used in previous years and you may already have an account.  Please read all the instructions before you navigate to the submission site.

Please do not wait until the last minute to access the submission software to ensure you have access and have time to troubleshoot any issues.

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Click the submission button below to access the software.
• Once on the software site, you will need to login or create an account
  
  • You may have an account if you have submitted in previous years of ACR or with another society that uses the software. If you are unsure, request a password reset
• Please make note of your login information to access the system in the future
• Once you have created your user account, you will be brought to the conference home screen.
• To submit Art Festival, Roundtable & Tutorial, Competitive Paper or Working Paper abstracts: Select the box titled “Submit your Abstract”.
• To submit a Special Session abstract as a Session Organiser: Select the box titled “Submit a New Panel” as special sessions are called panels in ExOrdo.  Please note the process for submitting a Special Session is different this year.  Please read through the instructions carefully and communicate with the other members of the session.
• Read the guidelines completely to ensure you understand the information required.  Information required includes:
  • Track (this will be the submission type you would like to submit to)
  • Title, short abstract, extended abstract, references (if included), figures and graphs
  • Authors
  • Topics – you may choose a maximum of six (6) topics from the provided list.  Please choose a minimum of one Conceptual, one Substantive, and one Methods.  Note the list of codes have changed since last year.  Please review the list in detail.
  • Review, and accept, the various Honor Code and AI statements
  • Special Sessions and Competitive Paper submissions have additional questions to be completed 
• You will be able to edit a submission, until the deadline of 23:59 CST March 12
