The Gala will be at the Bateaux Mouches, a magical cruise along the Seine river showing you all the famous sights of Paris by night. It departs from Port de la Conférence, which is easily accessible on the environmentally friendly Paris Metro (Taxi and uber is also easily available, but not provided by ACR. ACR guides will lead groups via the Metro). The cruise is a river tour with drinks and hors d’oeuvres in indoor-outdoor boat. Boats leave 30 minutes after boarding.
The soirée also takes place at an additional boat, the Mademoiselle Mouche: an indoor-outdoor stationary boat and rooftop bar, where guests can network, mingle, dance, and eat cocktail food from 19:30-2:00.
If you opt to go directly to the stationary boat (and skip the cruise tour) you may receive a ticket (at registration) for a sightseeing cruise tour valid for 1 year. You can even use this during the conference or before or during the Gala on the Bateaux Mouches public boats that depart every 30 minutes between 10:00 and 23:00, reservation not required.
All boats are next to each other, and guests are free to move among the boats (once they return).

At the moment, all boats are at capacity, as determined by the operator. Throughout the conference, it is possible that attendees' plans may change, and additional tickets may become available. If you stop by the registration desk during the conference, we can let you know if tickets become available.
Depending on the boats and availability, limited passes may be available for the boat tours.
Guest passes for the stationary boat are available at registration.
